Cobalt for Nova

Originally a theme for TextMate, Cobalt is a very pleasant combination of colors to look at while you code all day long. Cobalt also exists for many other IDEs and text editors, and having used it for years, I simply couldn't live without it.

This theme was heavily inspired by TextMate's Cobalt theme.

Fixed highlight color to be consistent with the original Cobalt theme and also make elements pop out when performing a search.
