Hex to sass is an extension that transforms hex colors to easy to remember sass variables. The inspiration for this tool came from the color system in this medium post: https://medium.com/eightshapes-llc/color-in-design-systems-a1c80f65fa3#.w5cudfcy9. I took this idea a step further and created this extension to transform both grays and actual colors.
Usage
To run Hex to sass:
- Select the hex color code.
- Select the Editor → Hex to sass menu item.
- Or use the shortcut '⌘⌥X'.
