Usage

To run Navigate Betweem Blank Lines:

• Select the Editor → Navigate Betweem Blank Lines menu item; or
• Open the command palette and type Navigate Betweem Blank Lines
• use the shortcut: Ctrl + Command + Up or Ctrl + Command + Down
